IACAT would like to welcome Alper Sahin (Turkey) as Director of Education.  Alper will work on increasing the quantity and quality of IACAT resources available to help researchers learn and apply the technology of computerized adaptive testing (CAT), and you will likely see correspondence or other materials from him.  We thank Alper in advance for his efforts!
