Dear members,

Have any of you here used the CONCERTO platform before in creating an adpative test? If so, how was your experience and what would you say is the learning curve for this software?

Thank you,

    Dear Victor,

We are currently testing the Concerto-platform to use it for adaptive testing in the future.

If you are familiar with R, this is a very interesting, very flexible and easy to learn platform. (the code is completely in R)

You can test it yourself for free on the server of the makers:

Are there any other users of Concerto on here? Since we are planning to use it for large-scale testing, we are curious how solid it is. Any experiences yet?

    Hi Victor,

We are currently testing the Concerto Platform on our servers with the goal of doing large scale adaptive testing in the future. Will keep you informed on the progress if you like.

In my opinion, if you are familiar with R , learning to work with Concerto is very straight forward and easy enough. The engine of the test logic is R, templates are based in HTML and database is MySql (or Microsoft SQL which we are testing now).

We ourselves are also interested in hearing other user experiences... especially when used on larger scale..

    kind regards,
